We offer a free migration service when you sign up for a web hosting package from ourselves in order to help you move your website over from your current hosting provider. The majority of migrations can be automated, and we're happy to help set this up for you, however if you are migrating from a non cPanel server then we may need to manually migrate your website over.
If you wish for us to migrate your website over after you have purchased a web hosting package then you will need to open a support ticket from your client Portal to initiate this.
All website migrations must be requested within the first 30 days of you purchasing a hosting package with ourselves.
All websites must be functioning correctly with your current hosting provider and any issues with the website must should be looked into and resolved by you (the client) prior to the migration. We will ensure your website is in a working condition before we look to migrate it over to our systems. Unfortunately this service does not include us fixing or resolving any issues with your current website
If we are migrating over a cPanel account then the migration will bring over all of your current settings from your current web host over to our platform. Any passwords will remain the same as they were before too.
If we manually migrate a website for you then some passwords may be changed, but we will inform you of this beforehand.
