You are able to create a new email address via the client portal or by logging into the cPanel control panel.
Creating via the client portal
You will first need to login to your client portal. This can be done by navigating to https://rshost.uk/login
Once you are signed in, navigate to My Hosting on the left hand side and then choose your hosting package which you want to create an email address for. Then choose the Email Accounts option.
You then want to choose Create Email Account on the email accounts page.
You will then be prompted to enter what you want the email address to be along with a password and also the quota for that mailbox. Once all of this information has been entered click on create at the bottom and this will create your email address for you.
Creating via the cPanel Control Panel
To create an email address via the cPanel control panel you will first need to sign in to cPanel. Once you have signed into cPanel you will then want to go to Email > Email Accounts
On the email accounts page you then want to choose + Create on the right hand side of the page.
Enter the details you require for your new email address. This will be your username (your email address) and a secure password for your email address. You can also enter optional settings such as the storage space allowed for that mailbox. Once you have entered all the details click on + Create at the bottom of the page to create your email address.
