If you wish to make a formal complaint, then firstly we are sorry that you are having problems with our services.
To submit a complaint please email complaints@rshost.uk where a member of our team will review and investigate the complaint that is made. We will aim to repost back to you within 2 working days of your original complaint.
If you are unhappy with the resolution to your complaint then please let us know and it will be internally escalated. We may reach out to you again to ask for contact details so that someone can get in touch with you to discuss your complaint.
