If you wish to raise a support ticket with us then you will first need to login to your client portal at https://rshost.uk/login

Once you have signed in you will want to choose Support > Open Ticket from the left hand menu.

On the open ticket page you can then choose a department you wish to get in touch with. Please only choose the department that is relevant to your query or there may be a delay in getting a response.

Once you have chosen the department you need you will then be taken to the Ticket Information page. On here please fill out as many details as possible with as much information as possible regarding the issue you are having. This will allow our support team to provide you with much better support and in most cases, a quicker resolution to your problem.

Once you have filled out all of the information click on Submit at the bottom of the page. Your support ticket has now been opened and you will see a message onscreen confirming this. You will also receive a confirmation email that your ticket has been opened as well.

You can view any current support tickets by going to Support My Tickets from the left hand menu.

When requesting support please don't bundle multiple issues into the same ticket. Create a separate ticket for each issue so that our team can address them promptly for you. Please do provide as much information as possible around the issue you are having. Please don't open multiple tickets for the same issue. This will cause a delay in us getting back to you and helping resolve your problem.
