This article will take you through the process of updating the contact information associated with your domain name.
To start you will need to login to the RS Host client portal at https://rshost.uk/login
Once signed in click on My Domains down the left hand side. On the domains page click on the domain that you wish to manage the contact information for.
On the domain management page click on contact information on the left hand side of the page.
On the contact information page you will then be able to use the information of an existing contact you have setup on your account or specify custom contact information. Once all of the information has been entered click on save changes at the bottom of the page.
Please Note that changing a domain's contact information may trigger a domain ownership verification. This MUST NOT be ignored or your domain will stop working. Click here to read our article on domain ownership verifications.
