If you no longer require a domain name that you have with ourselves then you can cancel it from within your client portal.
To do this follow the below steps.
1) Login to your client portal and then choose "My Domains" on the left hand side of the page.
2) This will show you a list of all your domain names that you currently have with ourselves. To manage the auto renewal for a domain name click on the 3 dots and then choose "Auto Renewal Status".
3) Click on the "Auto Renewal Status" radio button to turn auto renewal off.
Once a domain name has had Auto Renewal turned off no future invoices will be raised for the domain name and it will naturally expire on it's expiration date.
Please Note that turning auto renewal off for a domain name will not cancel any associated services or web hosting packages. Please ensure that these are cancelled separate to the domain name from your client portal.
