If you no longer require a web hosting package that you have with ourselves then you can cancel it from within your client portal.
To do this follow the below steps.
1) Login to your client portal and then choose "My Hosting" on the left hand side of the page.
2) This will show you a list of all your active web hosting package that you have with ourselves. To cancel a web hosting package click on the 3 dots next to the package and choose "View Details".
3) Once you are on the hosting package details page click on "Request Cancellation" on the left hand menu.
4) Fille out the cancellation request page with a reason for the cancellation, whether you would like to keep your domain name active or not and when you would like your hosting package to be cancelled. Once this has been filled out click on "Request Cancellation".
Please Note that once a package has been cancelled we will erase all website and offsite backup contents from our systems.
If you cancel a package by accident or cancel an incorrect package then please raise a ticket with our support team via the client portal as soon as possible.
